Struggles are a normal part of life and sometimes we get stuck. I create a safe, comfortable environment for my clients that facilitates healing and growth. I value the relational connections that are developed through counseling. Working hand in hand with my clients, we combine my training and experience with their expertise about who they are, what brought them in and where they want to go. I help people find comfort in their emotions, equipping them with skills and insight in order to manage and benefit from them, rather than be controlled by them.
