As a seasoned clinician, I am an empathetic and caring person, with a laid-back style, who utilizes several different evidenced-based interventions with her clients, based on their individual needs. I will incorporate spiritual practices, mindfulness, and the client’s strengths into their therapeutic process. Through a collaborate, non-judgmental strengths-based approach, I am able to guide the client towards positive change. Having worked with a diverse client population, I am culturally informed and sensitive to the complexities of the human experience. I look forward to being of service to the client.
