As a highly interactive psychotherapist, I draw from my psychodynamic training and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to relieve distress, increasing coping tools, and improving quality of life. I try to understand my patients needs and meet each one where they are at, to provide individualized helpful feedback. Together we explore aspects of life that may cause pain or worry with end goal of moving beyond any mental and emotional barriers to living a full life. I provide a safe space where patients can explore and work through their emotional and social challenges with an understanding and empowering guide.
