I help support self-awareness and insight with a focus on responding to thoughts and emotions in ways that lead to more fulfillment in your life. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, & DBT integrated with a warm and collaborative style. We'll focus on your strengths & support your growth through psychoeducation and the development of practical, real-life strategies. Using a process-based approach I provide hope, structure, and skills you can start using right away.
