I am Valerie C. Sanders, native of Miami Florida and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, grounded in spiritual principles. I commend you for making this first step, by seeking help and realizing that you don't have to journey through life's challenges alone. As an ordained minster, I will meet you where you are to help you gain insight and greater self-awareness. I believe that you are the expert of your life and the creator of your narrative. Together, we will explore interventions that foster healing, informed by evidence-based theories such as ACT, Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Mindfulness and Psychotherapy.
