I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing outpatient Psychotherapy for individuals struggling to manage the symptoms of trauma, anxiety, stress, ADD/ADHD, and adjustment disorders. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Level II, with a passion for helping those suffering from single incident, critical incident, or complex compound trauma. I want my clients to have the same evidence-based, clinical skills for healthy coping, healing, personal growth, and emotional well-being as I possess. I aim to give my clients the necessary tools to manage life stressors, difficult circumstances, relationships, and moods.
