Welcome! My name is Valerie Carmel and I am the owner and lead therapist at Valerie Carmel Therapy, LLC. We are a virtual therapy practice in Florida and Nevada. We pride ourselves in supporting Black female entrepreneurs and leaders in managing and beating the burnout of being the BOSS. Our areas of expertise include anxiety, trauma, depression, and stress management. Our approach is built on my Mental Wellness formula that prioritizes self-care, self-awareness and self-growth. The goal is to teach you the tools to overcome the obstacles which impact your business and life goals. Every new client begins by completing 3 assessments and an intake session to gain insight about your needs and develop an individualized plan to facilitate your success. We also conduct quarterly reviews to monitor your progress.
