"Today is a new day, for a new beginning". We all have busy lives and sometimes forget about ourselves. We look for solutions but can't find them on our own. I provide active listening and support to adult women and men, with issues and/or diagnosis of anxiety and depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, addiction, care givers burden, and obesity. I assist individuals with processing and given rise to their emotional and mental blockages that interfere with their daily lives. In addition, I provide a safe healing, holistic (mind, body and spirit) environment as well as bilingual (Spanish and English) services for the community.
