Asking for help can be difficult, especially with the mental health stigma that surrounds us. The reality is that everyone is subjected to the unpredictable stressors of life, and it's normal to feel the weight of that. My approach to treatment is non-judgmental and empathetic, as everyone deserves a chance to be the best version of themselves no matter what their history entails.
