You may look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside you’re exhausted—and that’s where our work can begin. I work with guilt-ridden women stuck in cycles of people pleasing find their true voice, and develop trust within themselves. I help burnt out and overworked young adults explore healthier boundaries, and create a life that feels sustainable and authentic. And I join individuals in gently process overwhelm so they can actually feel safe and at ease in their lives. My goal is to help all clients feel more present in their lives, and to reconnect to themselves with a sense of fulfillment and self-understanding.
