Hi! My name is Valerie Ignatenko, and I am a Licensed Psychologist in the Pittsburgh, PA area. My physical office located in Wexford, PA. I am licensed in PA, NV, NY and CA, and I am able to conduct telehealth in other states with PsyPact credentialing. I have worked in the field of Psychology and Counseling since 2002, and have worked with people from various backgrounds and diagnoses during this time. I take an integrative approach to treatment, and work to find the right style for each individual. I use methods from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, interpersonal process therapy and other related therapies. My specialty area is providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents, adults and older adults. I am open to discussing possibilities for treatment for children. Focal areas for treatment include ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, identity development, severe mental illness, and other related presenting issues.
