Everyone can use someone to talk to once in a while. I would love the opportunity to collaborate with you in finding a way to solve what's troubling you and keeping you from a fuller life. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relational issues, substance abuse, trauma as well as many other life issues. My down-to-earth approach and humor have been vital in the success of my clients. I am an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist, which helps clients that feel "stuck" with a certain trauma emotions/phobias to move forward. I have experience working with adolescents (16+), teens, individuals, couples and families, and the LGBTQ community. I have extensive experience in addictions and trauma work and have experienced true success with my clients. I like to offer my clients a free phone consultation to ensure that we can work together effectively.
