Greetings and light. Life can sometimes turn difficult and painful, and at these times, reaching out for help can be reassuring and powerful. I use authenticity, compassion, empathy and optimism to support my clients in making the life changes that they are seeking. Drawing from cognitive behavioral, narrative, eclectic approaches and a culturally meaningful lens, clients are supported in finding solutions. I believe that a balanced, therapeutic relationship is key to promoting psychological growth and healing. My areas of focus include:anxiety, depression, grief, life-transitions, menopause, trauma,people of color and LGBTQ+.
