Are you struggling in your relationships? Is your teen-age child unusually irritable, withdrawn, sad, angry or tearful? Teens will often open up to therapists when they don't talk to parents. If your teen seems unhappy s/he/they may be struggling with anxiety or depression, inadequate social skills, bullies, feeling different, sexual identity, parental divorce, or body image worries. I offer a warm, nurturing and safe environment for adolescents and adults to share their feelings and start to feel better about themselves. I enjoy helping adults of all ages, adolescents and parents find their way during these difficult times.
