I often work with people who are feeling that they are losing the joy in their life-that their natural support system just isn't working. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma or difficulty in relationships. By constantly struggling on your own it can become overwhelming and you may feel like giving up. Together, we can take a pause to de-stress some of the tension you have been holding on to. We will build new insights into old patterns and create new skills that encourage mindfulness, emotional regulation, and better tolerance of distress.
