I am currently accepting new clients in person/online on Wednesday or online Monday - Thursday. If you are feeling overwhelmed or down, maybe asking yourself questions like “Why do I keep doing this when I know it makes things worse, not better?” or “Why do my thoughts or emotions feel so out of control?,” or "I am really unhappy in this situation but how am I going to change it?"- I would like to help you find answers and learn how to start feeling better! I offer a caring and nonjudgmental place to unload what is bothering you, and I will draw from experience and mental health expertise to help you see a new way forward.
