About

I provide client-centered therapy using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I incorporate arts and crafts into therapy to encourage client comfort and self-expression. The bulk of my experience is with adolescents and transitional-aged youth (ages 13 - 25), and I am comfortable working with client from age 6 to 56. I help those with anxiety, depression, social and specific phobias, and bipolar disorder. I am happy to work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and school systems to support my clients.
