"Well, it's always something!" How often have we all heard and said this phrase. Yet it's true. Life is always presenting us with"somethings" - loss, problems, distress, despair - obstacles to our happiness and well-being, and to our relationships. It is a very wise decision to reach out for help. Yet I know it is also stressful to try to decide on a therapist. Let me share with you who I am and my approach as a therapist.
