I am a qualified Substance Abuse Professional, SAP or QSAP, providing substance abuse evaluations for Federal DOT entities; FAA, FMCSA, PHMSA, FRA, FTA, and Maritime Administration. Employees I evaluate include pilots and all other safety sensitive aerospace employees, CDL drivers, bus drivers, oil/gas/pipeline workers, railroad, US Coast Guard, and others deemed to inhabit safety-sensitive positions. I provide substance abuse evaluations for Probation and Parole clients, attorneys, and Courts in any US jurisdiction, as well as DMV offices and private companies throughout the US and all of its territories. I provide an Initial SAP Evaluation, based upon my clinical expertise, knowledge, and experience in diagnosing and treating substance use disorders, controlled substance use, and related disorders. These services are provided within the framework of my knowledge and training of Federal DOT Rules and regulations for each transportation modality.
