Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming . One of the most crucial parts of therapy is feeling understood in a safe, environment. As a seasoned clinician with 30 years experience, I work with clients in a supportive, non judgmental way. I treat individuals ranging from childhood through older adulthood; however have a particular expertise in working with the adolescent and young adult. Having worked in a high school and university for many years, I am aware of the challenges confronted by this population. My work includes treating individuals and families struggling with anxiety,depression, substance abuse, eating disorders and other personal and social issues.
