Hello, and welcome. I have worked in behavioral health care for over 20 years. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and certified addictions professional, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse population across all age groups and in a variety of settings—including group and family therapy, inpatient care, and outpatient services. My passion lies in working with adults in individual therapy. I aim to create a space where people of all identities and backgrounds feel seen, supported, and safe—including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, and those navigating cultural, generational, or systemic challenges.
