I am a Licensed Associate Counselor passionate about helping individuals live authentically and fully. I support clients in deepening self-awareness, building coping skills, and creating meaningful connections. With 19+ years of experience in education (mostly special education), I bring compassion, collaboration, and creativity to counseling. Using CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology, I help clients manage life transitions, anxiety, and depression while empowering them to live with clarity and purpose.
