I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) offering a warm, person-centered, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approach. I graduated from Cal State Bakersfield with a MS in Counseling Psychology, and have practiced since. My experience includes working with individuals seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and intimate partner violence.
