Do you feel like no matter what you do, things aren't going the way you'd like? Are you struggling to maintain healthy relationships, work and life in general? Is it hard to be kind and compassionate to yourself? I help clients manage depression, anxiety, and trauma. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you to where you would like to be. I also focus extensively to establish healthy relationships with family members, partners, children, and friends. I have experience working with adolescents and their family. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist with a variety of symptoms. I integrate CBT with Solution Focused Therapy. I also offer faith based counseling based on Biblical principals for those interested.
