Some of our most impacting relationships with others & with ourselves are made in childhood. We may grow up, but do we grow out of those people we long ago interwove into the fabric of who we are? This is at the heart of my work. People’s journeys in life have always fascinated me. I am interested in the tapestry of who you are & sometimes that tapestry needs unweaving to understand or uncover a different & more loving view of ourselves & our experiences. Most people come into therapy focused on one snag of the fabric & realize it travels much further back than expected. I very much like to help you to do the deeper work of therapy.
