Through Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Behavior Modification techniques, I assist adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, and more. I have practiced mental health counseling and behavior management since 1999, and I have experience helping couples, families, individuals, those with autism and other developmental disabilities, and those within the LBGTQ+ community.
