My practice is focused on helping individuals break free of unhealthy patterns, generational traumas, and toxic cycles. Clients in my practice are often looking for support in getting "unstuck" and feel the need for additional modalities beyond just talk therapy. I bring a compassionate, grounded, and evidence-based approach to sessions that allows clients to unpack what is going on in a safe, supportive, and structured environment. My goal is to help clients create trust and safety in themselves and build secure relationships with others and within the world around them.
