Hi! I'm Dr. Valesia Ho. I'm so glad that you're here. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I have an inherent desire to help people live more meaningful lives and cultivate stronger relationships with themselves and others. I especially enjoy working with people who want to learn more about the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors and live a more mindful and values aligned life. I have specialty areas in treating sexual health concerns (individuals and couples), sleep issues and trauma. I am a Certified Sex Therapist through AASECT.
