These experiences can leave individuals feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or disconnected. What is often overlooked, however, is that healing is not only possible but also permissible. We are allowed to heal and to cultivate balance, stability, and meaning in our lives. My role is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment in which you can explore your experiences, identify patterns, and develop strategies for growth and healing. I am here to assist you along that journey. As a BIPOC therapist, I integrate a grounded, culturally responsive, and clinically informed approach. Through active listening, rapport-building, and the creation of a safe therapeutic space, I strive to foster trust and openness. My approach is rooted in a holistic perspective, drawing from evidence-based methods while maintaining a client-centered focus.
