Valyra has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) for over 20 years and provides psychotherapy to Individuals, Couples, Families and Groups. Valyra feels to totally heal, one needs to treat the mind, body and soul, therefore looks at all levels of the client and is very eclectic. She uses the different trainings and techniques mentioned, which are then tailored to the clients' specific needs, in order for them to heal completely.
