I’m Van, LCSW with 25+ years supporting adults through life transitions, identity exploration, and mental health challenges. I frequently work with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients (often late-in-life) who are creative, values-driven, and ready to reconnect with their own voice. This is a supportive space to unpack what matters; no judgment, no pressure. We use tools from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and harm reduction to support insight, self-trust, and meaningful change.
