Our team of therapists offers a grounded, relational approach for those navigating anxiety, grief, relational strain, identity questions, parenting stress, and life transitions. Our clinicians operate from attachment theory trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT- EFCT/EFIT/EFFT) to meet the emotional, relational, and developmental needs of each client.
