My goal is to help you find a way to identify and then move towards what is most important in your life. This can entail identifying obstacles that can keep us trapped in old patterns and habits that no longer serve us well, such as traumatic memories or simply negative concepts about ourselves. Entering therapy is signaling that you are ready to make significant change - whether in behaviors or thoughts - to find deeper meaning in your life.
