Welcome to my profile! My name is Vanessa Armendariz and I am an LCSW. I enjoy working with clients who are feeling low in their mood and having difficulty with the challenges and curve balls that life throws at us. I hope to work with you. My way of working with clients is teaching clients how to be self-aware of self-defeating thoughts and actions that get in the way of them living a meaningful life. I use CBT and person-centered approach.
