Hi! My name is Vanessa Arreola, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW116088). I am prepared to provide you with a safe place to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences, in order to foster resilience and cultivate a sense of inner peace. I typically work with adolescents and young adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also help clients experiencing grief and loss. It is not uncommon for me to work with clients to help bridge communicate gaps and foster/restore a healthy relationship.
