My passion is in helping my clients live a happier, holistic life. I provide a warm and empathetic approach in my practice, whether my clients strive for healthy mental and emotional well-being in a post-pandemic world, or are navigating the harsh terrain of unresolved childhood traumas. The individuals I have experience working with include youth, young adults, parents, grandparents, and families. I also work with individuals in transitional phases in life including career guidance, changes in family composition, and other life stressors.
