Tired of feeling stuck? I offer compassionate and dedicated therapy, building upon my foundation in neuroscience, philosophy, and trauma focused healing. I am committed to holistic well-being, am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-300), Aricular therapist, as well as other biofeedback modalities, and believe in integrating mindfulness and body-centered practices into our therapeutic approach. I employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each individual, focusing on the connection between mind and body with interventions such as Brainspotting and EMDR. My practice is trauma focused. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, DBT, and DeTur, offering comprehensive and client-centered methods to support you on your healing journey. I also specialize in helping individuals navigate and heal from religious trauma, offering compassionate support for those seeking to heal.
