Relational trauma wounds us in deeply painful ways, and can make it hard to navigate life’s already difficult challenges. Being hurt by those who were supposed to care for us, can lead us to feel unworthy of the very tenderness we need to heal. I work with adult individuals seeking connection within the self, and also in their closest relationships. I focus on empowerment, identity work, and building authenticity and intimacy in relationships, after experiencing relational trauma and betrayals. Through our work, you will begin to feel more trusting in yourself, and greater capacity to experience safe connection with others.
