Vanessa (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker who has received her Bachelors in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and Masters in Social Work from Sacred Heart University. Vanessa blends a combination of modalities including; Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Vanessa believes that therapy is unique and designed differently for everyone. Therefore, individual treatment plans are specially crafted for each client. Vanessa began her career at a non-profit organization for early childhood education, where she fell in love with helping young children, families and the community. Vanessa has experience in areas such as, nondivergent adults, divorce, domestic violence, life transitions, autism, addiction, anxiety, depression and women's mental health.
