About
I work from an integrative–holistic, relational approach, helping clients understand their challenges as meaningful responses to life experiences, relationships, and current stressors rather than personal shortcomings. My work is grounded in the belief that human connection and early attachment experiences play a central role in emotional regulation, self-worth, and overall well-being, and I also incorporate Christian faith to support hope, purpose, and personal growth. I draw from attachment theory, psychodynamic principles, CBT, DBT, SFBT, MI, trauma-informed care, systems and strengths-based approaches, mindfulness, and Christian faith-informed practices. Using a strengths-based, solution-focused lens, I help clients build confidence and create meaningful, sustainable change.
