Hi! My name is Vanessa Cruz and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of North San Diego County in California. I have experience working with all ages and my approach to therapy is compassion focused. I help clients develop strategies that will help them to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and overall stress. It is important to me that clients feel an ability to find their own power to be able to gain better control over their lives and be active participants of change.
