I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients, helping them to become empowered and find a sense of purpose and fulfillment in their lives and relationships. Sometimes in life we feel stuck, lost, or simply want to learn more about ourselves - therapy is here to help you heal and grow. I work with a wide range of issues and a variety of people. People often come to see me when other modalities of therapy haven't worked, such as just talk therapy. My approach is holistic - I use somatic therapy and mindfulness to enrich and diversify your growth. You are the expert in your life and I am here to help guide you back home to yourself.
