I’m a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in grief, loss, and trauma, with a deep commitment to supporting BIPOC individuals and communities. My work is grounded in both lived experience and professional training, and I approach healing through a culturally responsive, trauma-informed lens. Grief shows up in so many forms: through the death of a loved one, changes in identity, ancestral trauma, or the weight of systemic injustice. I hold space for all of it. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate environment where you can explore your story, process your pain, and move toward healing at your own pace.
