I enjoy working with individual clients who identify with anxiety, what-ifs and regrets, and feeling insecure in their relationships - either romantic or platonic. My clients are often challenged with rethinking conversations and interactions, which is utterly exhausting. They often find themselves fantasizing about the past when they felt less shame and regret – a time that felt lighter, filled with more joy and presence, and waking up feeling rested and ready for the day. It’s possible to return to those days. My clients often start therapy feeling frustrated, defeated and exhausted and leave sessions with clarity and hope.
