My practice is one that incorporates spirituality into the therapeutic process. A practice who sees you as a whole person taking positive steps to meet your needs. Those who are dealing with esteem issues, issues of depression and anxiety. I work with clients looking to change negative or unhealthy thought patterns into more positive ones, adjustment issues and seeking better relationships with themselves and others to obtain a better outlook on themselves and their lives as a whole. We promote this through self awareness, mindfulness, and understanding healthy boundaries.
