Hi, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Master's degree in Psychology and have been practicing in this field for over 6 years. Currently, I have over 2 years of experience working in the field of addiction. My experience entails providing individual therapy, family therapy, group sessions, crisis intervention, and diagnosis. I assist individuals in addressing their areas of concern in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner. Some of my greatest strengths as a licensed clinician are my genuine empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental approach in building trust and rapport with clients. This allows my clients to feel understood and supported. My non-judgmental approach fosters a safe space for clients to open up about their thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism.
