My journey to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about human behavior and the motivations that drive us. This passion led me to study Psychology at Chico State, Counseling at Sacramento State, and eventually Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work across a multitude of modalities, including clinic settings for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with children (aged 2-18) and their families as a parent coach. From here, I've worked in group private practice, school-based mental and behavioral health, and community mental and behavioral health.
