I specialize in supporting clients who were raised by parents with Narcissistic or Borderline personality traits, as well as those who have been in therapy before and are ready for deeper, more challenging work. I will tell you what's hard to hear in a way in which you can hear it as I don't want to waste your time or money. My style is a balance of challenge and support, and I hold a deep belief that people are far more resilient and capable than they often realize. I have extensive experience in treating depression, life transitions, anxiety, relationship & family issues, loss & trauma and sexual abuse. I work with individuals and couples who are having difficulties in their relationships. I have helped clients cope with the aftermath of divorce/separation, as well as those having difficulty developing trust or committing to others.
