Hello, my name is Vanessa Kellas, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a background in art therapy. I work with children, teens, and families, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, integrating creative and expressive therapies alongside evidence-based practices, such as humanistic, solution-focused, person-centered, and strength-based approaches. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding your goals for therapy. I’ll ask questions about your experiences, challenges, and strengths, and we’ll explore what you hope to achieve through our work together.
