LGBTQ+ affirming, pro-choice, community-care minded therapist with next-day openings. It is my hope to co-create a safe, warm, and compassionate space with the goal of meeting people exactly where they are — as they are. I have experience working with those who have experienced stress from the medical system, religious trauma, life transitions, and grief, as well as anxiety, caregiving, and identity exploration. My practice is informed by an awareness of systemic injustice, and I firmly believe that it is not me, but the person in front of me, who is the ultimate expert on their life.
